Returns & Refunds

At PyrossoLLC, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your men's hair clay, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds process.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note, any opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@pyrosso.com to initiate the return.
2. Title the email as "Return". Include the order number, which item/item's you'd like to return, along with the reason in which you wish to return the product.
3. You will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
4. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your hair clay for a different product, we're happy to help. Simply reach out to us for assistance with your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll either send a replacement or process a full refund at no extra cost to you.
